This is a call to arms, this week all Members need to call their Members of Congress to Stop HR 3094
This bill is designed to delay workers from voting on having a Union in their workplace.
This proposed bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act is anti-democratic and grossly unfair.
Ø Employers can indefinitely delay a union election and have more time to intimidate and harass employees;
Ø Encourages marathon pre-election hearings – again, further delaying workers’ right to an election.
Ø Rigs bargaining units to favor employers, throwing out 75-years of case law and making it even more impossible to have a fair election.
