CWA and Verizon have reached an agreement in principle on a new 4 year contract. Details of the agreement and ratification dates are forthcoming. Stay tuned to this tape and stay in touch with your picket captains for the return to work date. All picket lines are to be taken down. Do not continue to picket. Enjoy your families over the holiday weekend.

I want to thank each and every member of CWA Local 1120 for all their hard work and dedication during this 45 day strike. This company pushed us to the brink and all of you stood together and showed them WE CANNOT BE BROKEN!

The same solidarity that we showed each and every day needs to continue when we walk back through that door. I am proud of all of you and you should be proud of yourselves.
