Applications in Welding Technologies

 Applications in Welding Technologies This introductory course exposes students new to welding to oxyacetylene, and Mig welding for joining steel together. An emphasis is placed on safety in the work area and developing good manipulative skill. Other skills covered include cutting and grinding as well as an introduction to Tig processes for welding stainless steel and aluminum. This is recommended for students interested in welding without having had any prior welding experience before.
