The Union met several times with the Company today to address the unresolved issues that still remain open.

The Union passed new proposals on Article 22-Vacations and Article 24-Excused Days with Pay. We are still attempting to improve upon the existing language and to address the restrictions surrounding both articles to allow for more flexibility and improvement.

For those on the Town Hall Call this evening, you heard that there are still many issues that have not been resolved and many that we continue working on to close the gaps.

Mobilization needs to be at an all time high. If you believe that you deserve better than what the Company has offered so far; do something about. Tell your manager that you are a valuable piece to AT&T’s success and you won’t settle for less than you are worth. Participate in the mobilization activities and encourage your co-workers to do the same.

The bargaining committee remains on call for the purpose of meeting with the Company.
