Congratulations to New CWA 1120 members the Monroe Free Library

In a election conducted by the NLRB the employees of the Monroe Free Library voted unanimously today to join CWA Local 1120! The library board first forced CWA Local 1120 into a federal hearing that CWA had to win just in order to have the election. These employees have made it through 2 fights in order to have basic, fair representation. We will now enter into the third battle, negotiating our first contract. Congratulations!!
